These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Not Professional Advice or Emergency Service

The content on this Site is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
