Have questions about coverage? Reach out. We are happy to walk you through it.
There are no surprises here. We believe in clarity from the beginning. That builds trust.
Co-pays, co-insurance, and any deductible amounts are due at the time of service. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA payments.
If your plan does not cover mental health services or you prefer not to use insurance, private-pay options are available upon request.
Under the “No Surprises Act,” you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services. This estimate outlines expected charges for non-emergency mental health care prior to your appointment. You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate any time.
We can walk you through the process of confirming benefits and understanding your out-of-pocket costs. We’re here to make the financial side of therapy as simple and transparent as possible — so you can focus on what truly matters: your healing.
